Dr. O. K. Dugan is a Pastor, a Certified Psychotherapist, an Itinerant Motivational Speaker and a Life Skills Coach. He speaks at “The Possible Life Seminars” where he releases Kingdom Keys to Church Leaders, Counsellors and Intercessors. He also imparts Kingdom Life Principles to the general populace at the seminars. His overriding conviction is that: “All things are possible to them that believe”. He has been involved in church planting in Europe and Africa. He has oversight of a number of churches and Pastors, train intercessors for churches and teaches prayer to the Christian populace.

OUR PHILOSOPHY: 

We hold fast these twelve values which shall be our philosophy upon which the mandate giving shall be accomplished.

 i) WORD: Anything that is not in line with the Word of God is subject to change. The Word of God is the foundation and basis for Christian living.

ii) PRAISE AND WORSHIP: VIP Centre shall maintain an atmosphere where individuals are free to praise and worship.

iii) PRAYER: Prayer shall be an integral part of every VIP Centre activity.

iv) FELLOWSHIP: VIP Centre is committed to maintaining an atmosphere that is encouraged and supported through fellowship. 

v) ENCOURAGMENT: It is the policy of VIP Centre’s leadership to bring encouragement to its Church membership for their personal and spiritual growth.   

vi) MERCY: It is the practice of VIP Centre to promote mercy and restoration to individual. VIP Centre does not under any circumstances take the role of God as a judge.

vii) GRACE: VIP Centre holds to the belief that all people are created equal and must be treated as such and it is His grace and His grace alone which makes us who and what we are.

viii) SUPPORT: VIP Centre will maintain a supportive atmosphere where individuals will be supportive one to another.

ix) DEVELOPMENT: VIP Centre to the best of its ability will train and develop individuals so they can achieve the full potential that God has given them.

x) RELEASE: It is the plan and purpose of VIP Centre to see its members released to perform the call of God on their lives.

xi) GROWTH: VIP Centre will endeavor to provide resources for individual growth.

xii) EQUALITY: It is the policy of VIP Centre that all cultures and genders are treated equal.

Our Mission
WE EXIST TO BRING RESTORATION TO THE WOUNDED AND HURTING, TO EXPOSE INDIVIDUALS TO THEIR POTENTIALS AND EMPOWER THEM TO ACHIEVE THEIR GOD ORDIANED DESTINIES. i) To develop and train  individuals in understanding the Word of God and Gospel of Jesus in a relevant way so as to impact their lives and others.

WE BELIEVE:

i) In the verbal inspiration, inerrancy and infallibility of the Holy Scriptures.

ii) In the eternal existence of one true God who is three in essence Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
 
iii) In the Savior of men, the Lord Jesus Christ conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary. Very God and Very Man.

iv) In the creation, test and fall of mankind as recorded on Genesis, total spiritual depravity and inability to attain to divine righteousness.

v) In the Gospel of Grace of God, how that Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again the third day for our justification.

vi) In the salvation of sinners by Grace, through faith alone in the perfection and sufficient work on our behalf upon the cross of Calvary excluding all human merit.

vii) In water baptism by emersion.

viii) In the baptism of the Holy Spirit as an experience subsequence to salvation with the scriptural evidence namely speaking in other tongues.

ix) In the manifestations of the Spirit as enumerated in 1 Corinthians 12, being exercised and practiced as manifested in the early church.

x) In the Ministerial Gifts (Eph. 4:11-13) given to the body of Christ by The Lord to build up the body and equip the saints to do the work ministry.

xi) In the divers ministry gifts given to members of the body of Christ to fulfill the Mission and Vision of every Local church.

xii) In the Lord’s Supper as a memorial for believers.

xiii) In the healing of the body by Divine power or Divine healing in all aspects as practiced in the early church.

xiv) In the eternal life of the believer.

xv) In the Spirit -filled life, a life of separation from the world and the perfecting of holiness in the fear of the Lord as an expression of Christian Faith.

xvi) In the reality and personality of Satan and demons.

xvii) In the reality and ministry of holy angels.

xviii) In the personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ for His Church.
